Communication, patience, and transparency are the core virtues of my service to clients. My goal is for each person I represent in a transaction to feel confident that they are being walked through and supported in the buying or selling process - without feeling like they are just a number waiting in line behind other tasks. I hold myself accountable for ensuring each client believes their needs matter and are being prioritized. 

I have been involved in the overall industry of real estate for seven years, all of which were spent here in the local South Bend and Mishawaka market. From those first years until the present day, I have been expanding as a rental property real estate investor. Besides that exposure, I have worked nearly three years doing property accounting work for a local multi-family real estate company. While working towards my college degree in finance, I also experienced a mortgage lending internship and multiple jobs leaning heavily in the skill of customer service. At this point, I have strong familiarity with the local real estate scene, neighborhoods, and lending environment. 

Having lived in the South Bend area for seven years, and being raised in Elkhart County, I am passionate about our community's qualities and attractions and am happy to share with other the many hidden gems found in this locale. Exploration is also a quality of my character, resulting in some of my favorite hobbies - traveling, hiking, learning about different cultures, and trying out new foods. These hobbies bring me experiences which I can both bring back home to my community, and use to encourage my own creativity and problem solving skills useful to my practice - assisting people with their real estate needs.
